📱 FLASH DIRECTLY WITH MHD

MHD provides a powerful and straightforward solution for flashing supported BMW engine ECUs directly through the vehicle's OBD port.

Simply connect your compatible smartphone or tablet to the vehicle using an MHD Wireless Adapter, open the MHD Flasher application and select the calibration you wish to install.

Once the vehicle has been prepared and any required ECU unlocking has been completed, future map changes can be performed conveniently through the MHD application.

The vehicle can also be returned to its factory software when required.

🔓 IMPORTANT – ECU UNLOCK REQUIREMENTS

Purchasing an MHD Super License does not automatically unlock a protected ECU.

Some BMW engine ECUs require an unlocking procedure before OBD programming with MHD becomes available.

This is particularly important on later BMW G-Series vehicles equipped with newer tuning protection.

The MHD application includes an Unlock Check function which can be used to determine whether the ECU requires unlocking before tuning.

📡 CONNECTION REQUIREMENTS

A compatible connection between the vehicle and MHD application is required.

For supported F-Series and G-Series applications, the MHD Wireless Adapter provides the recommended connection method between your smartphone/tablet and the vehicle.

Please Note:

The MHD Wireless Adapter is not included with the MHD Super License unless specifically stated or selected as part of the product package.
